US IT Lead/recruiter - Iris Software

We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs generated by our aggressive Sales team. The candidates will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing. 

The ideal candidate must have 
* At least 5-10 years of total experience in Recruiting
* Atleast 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter for US market from India. 
* Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
* Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE,  etc.)
* Strong communication and inter personal skills
* Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
